Congratulations to Registry Member Allan Hoffman has been appointed Interim Dean of the College of Health Sciences and Human Services at California State University, Monterey Bay.

“I retired after almost forty years of executive leadership experience in higher education serving as a president, VPAA, Dean and professor. I find the interim role as a pathway to take that experience and help an institution during time of transactional leadership. I find that through my real world experience, I can help an organization face challenges with a comprehensive understanding of implementation strategies, actionable items and understanding implications of such actions. This assignment provides a unique and intellectually rewarding experience where I can role model, mentor and help others to be successful. I entered this role with the key motivation and sole purpose of taking and applying my leadership experience to help others succeed during a time of transition.”
