Introducing Dr. Norman Smith, leader of the RAS Board Governance and Leadership Practice. Having served as Assistant Dean at two Harvard University graduate schools and as President of four colleges and universities, Dr. Smith has a thorough understanding of the demands that college and university Trustees must confront.

Dr. Smith and his colleagues can provide methodologies and models for improving governance and leadership routines and can assist in helping Boards refine their oversight in ways that best serve the leadership of the institution.
