We thank Registry Member Nick Delener, PhD, for sharing his experiences thus far working as Interim Director of the Crews School of Accountancy at The University of Memphis. We are pleased that he has been able to continue sharing his wealth of knowledge, bring about positive changes, and has found the experience rewarding.
"My role as Interim Director of the Crews School of Accountancy (CSOA) at the University of Memphis has allowed me to share my passion and experiences with the faculty and students. I have developed lasting relationships with them in a positive and collegial environment.
It is rewarding to be part of a comprehensive research institution (R1) that fosters creativity to make a difference in people’s lives.
Since my arrival, CSOA has started the process to secure STEM designation for our M.S. in Accounting Degree and develop Forensic Accounting Courses and a Forensic Accounting Certificate Program."
