The Registry is truly honored to receive this outstanding review from Registry Member Dee Dee Campbell. Best of luck through your Interim placement as Interim Provost and Chief Academic Officer at New Mexico State University, Dee Dee!
“I saw a former administrator. He did not say, 'When are you going to retire?' He said, 'Dee Dee, I’m glad you are yet involved in higher education because there is so much to do!' Thanks to the Registry, we are matched with great institutions. We help them transform their visions and strategic plans into realities. This often involves promoting student excellence, transformative curriculum, diversity-equity-inclusion and community engagement. As interims, we can work assertively due to abbreviated time spans and we have the courage to do what needs to be done for institutional improvement. I was involved with such endeavors at Frostburg State University, Nevada State, Texas A&M University, and now New Mexico State universities. Living in different regions and contributing to higher education nationwide is work that matters.”
