Congratulations to Roy Saigo, recently named Interim President at Westfield State University. Roy shared, “I have a history as a problem solver and team builder. An interim presidency is no longer just to keep the institution open. For maximum effectiveness it must be energetic and forward-seeking, working to develop a team spirit so that a new permanent president has an opportunity to lead the institution with much energy and optimism."
