Besides leading the Advancement Team during a time of presidential transition, I have drawn upon my many years in advancement to assess and enhance programs and processes, mentor individual team members, enrich partnerships with campus leadership, maintain relationships with alumni and donors, and of course, continue to raise money for the university.
