September O'Keefe joined The Registry as Contracts Manager in 2024, bringing extensive experience in legal research and contract drafting. Before stepping into her current role, September honed her skills as a paralegal at two prominent Boston-based firms. She spent almost a year at Atwood & Cherny, P.C., and prior to that, at Tarlow, Breed, Hart & Rodgers, P.C., where she worked for three years. Her experience spans a variety of legal disciplines, including mainly family law and civil litigation, as well as estate planning and immigration law.

At The Registry, September is primarily responsible for the drafting of contracts and agreements between the organization and its members, ensuring that all documents reflect current legal standards and meet the specific needs of both the members and the educational institutions that put their trust in the Registry. Her role involves comprehensive legal research to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of these agreements.

September holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Spanish from Michigan State University and she earned her Juris Doctor (JD) from New England Law | Boston. Her academic background and professional experience continue to bring invaluable expertise to her role at The Registry.
