Rebecca Eckstein

Ms. Rebecca Eckstein, has been a Registry member since 2018 and has served education for three decades, completing eight interim placements in Enrollment Management beginning with the University of Houston in her first year. Following University of Houston, she served at Iona College in New York, Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Cal-Maritime in San Francisco, Tufts University in Massachusetts, College of Our Lady of the Elms in Western Massachusetts, Saint Leo in Florida and most recently Xavier University in Ohio.

Prior to her work at The Registry, Rebecca completed a career working as a GS-12 Systems Accountant for the Department of Defense. She then launched an accomplished career in education, marked by decades of service at the state, and national levels. She has served as an appointed scholarship judge for The President of the United States Scholar Program, The Maltz Museum’s, Stop the Hate, and the Community Foundation for the Virgin Islands (CFVI), strategically enhancing affordability for students. She dedicated almost two successful decades to Hollins University in Virginia promoting women’s education, both as Director of Financial Aid and Dean of Admission and Financial Aid. Following her time at Hollins, she served as Dean of Admission at Stetson in Florida, and Vice President of Enrollment Management and Strategic Communications at Ohio Wesleyan enhancing net revenue at both. Lastly, and just prior to joining the Registry, she served as Vice President of Enrollment at Woodward Academy, in metro-Atlanta, the largest independent school in the U.S. While at Woodward Academy she launched a program at the north campus for students with learning differences that continues to thrive today.

Rebecca holds a BA in Business Management; Accounting from Mary Baldwin University (cum laude) and a Master’s in Liberal Studies - Computational Sciences from Hollins University. She holds certifications in Neuroscience from MIT and in Change Management and Strategic Execution from the Center for Executive Coaching. She is a member of the National Association of College Admission Counselors (NACAC), and the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA). She has contributed to numerous articles and presentations on strategies positively impacting enrollment and net revenue. In addition to her work at the Registry, as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, and a John Maxwell Certified Team Member and DISC™ Consultant she coaches leadership teams to create success. As a Registry Senior Consultant, she serves to assist with interim placements.
