"It has been an honor for me to serve as a Registry Consultant at Swarthmore College. My appointment began during a time of transition in the Provost's office. I worked closely with the Associate Dean of the Faculty for Academic Programs and Research, sponsored programs staff and members of the faculty. Collectively, we were able to develop and deploy a research culture survey that provided information that was utilized to envision a new organizational structure that would best serve faculty, enhance communications, bolster proposal development and extramural awards, and develop baseline metrics focused on improving operations. I was fortunate to bring many years of experience to the position. The collegial nature of our work together was truly joyful."
